FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
First, sign-up for a free Aligner Coach account here. Once you have set-up an account with Aligner Coach, go ahead and complete your patient case submission online with your preferred provider (e.g. Clincheck ©). You will need to submit all the required records. Required records include impressions (traditional or digital), photos, radiographs and completed online Rx form
Second, once the initial treatment plan has posted on your Doctor Site (with an assigned patient/case number) log-in to your Aligner Coach account and submit your case order
You will receive email confirmation of your case submission and your case will be assigned to your Aligner Coach (Orthodontist). Your Aligner Coach will work-up your case submission (this may take multiple modifications) and inform you with an email stating your case is ready for your approval. For fastest service please add coach@alignercoach.ca to your case provider notifications list.
Treatment plan submissions (for your approval) will be completed within 14 business days. We are ultimately limited by the turnaround time of your case provider (e.g. Clincheck ©) with each modification. The average number of modifications is 3 to 4, and the average turnaround time for each modification is 48 hours.
Aligner Coach will provide as many modifications to your treatment plan as necessary (unlimited). You will only be asked to approve the submission once the treatment plan reflects the intended set-up by your Aligner Coach.
Once your Aligner Coach has initiated modifications it is strongly recommended you wait until the case is ready for submission. If you wish to make modifications after this point you may, but please recognize Aligner Coach may not endorse those modifications and it will void your ‘money back guarantee’.
Aligner Coach will communicate with you during and/or after the course of modification process. You will receive a final email communication once your treatment plan modifications have been completed.
You will. You are the treating doctor and in control of approving your treatment plan. Should you have any questions about your treatment plan or want any further modifications to your treatment plan you can communicate with your Aligner Coach.
Your case will be assigned based on the availability of Aligner Coaches.
Your Aligner Coach can give valuable clinical and technical advice on whether or not a case might be suitable for Clear Aligner Therapy, evaluate the predictability of the case and take into account your restorative treatment plan.
Our Aligner Coaches are a Team of Orthodontists. These Clinical Experts have treated thousands of orthodontic cases and are well equipped to guide you through your cases.
Absolutely. For a reduced fee, your Aligner Coach can also manage your midcourse corrections and your case refinements.
In the event you are not satisfied with your first case set-up (for any reason) you are entitled to a full refund. Please note: if you submit multiple cases, you will not be entitled to a refund on the second, third…etc. cases. If you have questions/concerns please feel free to contact Aligner Coach.
